We have volunteers, your colleagues and peers, in Board and Committee positions who can help you navigate issues or simple questions. Practice, payment, ethics, statutes - if we don't have an answer, we can track down the resources to help you with most questions. Email us with your issue and your APTA ID. You also have access to staff experts at APTA National who can answer your questions about practice, reimbursement, education, or research. Rely on APTA for the answers you need.

State Advocacy

A team of volunteers, led by the APTANV Vice President, along with our lobbyist and his practice, lead the efforts at the state level to bring forth legislation to further the practice of PT, or defend it from unnecessary battles. We continue to monitor legislation and regulation on your behalf.

Federal Advocacy

APTA NV Federal Affairs Committee, all volunteers, work with APTA staff and our Congressmen and women to advocatefor you and your patients. Together we are stronger. APTA's advocacy efforts combine expert analysis, a consistent lobbying presence, and the participation of our members.
