Statutes and Regulations
Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) are laws that are enacted by the legislature.  The primary laws that govern real estate are listed below.  Changes to these laws may only be made through legislative action.  You can follow changes to these laws by visiting the Nevada Legislature website.

Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) are the regulations that outline how laws are administered.  Changes to regulations are preceded by workshops and public hearings.

APTA Nevada's Vice President works with a state government affairs specialists to protect and expand the Practice Act. But we need you - the elected leadership cannot do it alone. We need all  licensed PTs and PTAs as members to allow us to make the necessary investments to insure the profession's future in Nevada.
